Appointments:
Many patients are referred by doctors, but a doctor referral is not necessary. Please call (662) 349-9990 ext. 109 for Southaven, ext. 115 for Oxford OR ext. 124 for Germantown to speak with a new patient referral coordinator.
Emergencies:
Please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
